subidas de peso e descidas o resultado de uma alimentação pessima é o que dá.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Semana passada 78.600kg&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Esta semana 78Kg&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Peso eleminado 600grs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br 78.800kg&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Esta semana        78.600kg&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Peso eleminado  -200grs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando abri o meu blog vi uma msg da Gotinha a dar-me a força de que tanto preciso, como ENGORDEI 400grs, estou triste mas eu sei que a culpa é toda minha a minha alimentação não é exemplo para ninguem neste campo ando bastante descontrolada.&lt;br /&gt;Depois de ter ido à nutricionista fico toda satisfeita e com garra de fazer tudo direitinho mas depois a força de vondade parece que desaparece........&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tenho de começar do zero e fazer tudo direitinho como a type='text'>3ª Consulta</title><content type='html'>Hoje tive a minha 3 ª consulta com a Nutri, deu-me nas orelhas, sim porque já devia ter perdido pelo menos mais 2 kg......levei o meu livrinho e o que ela me disse é que devia comer mais legumes e mais fruta, ando bastante preguiçosa nestes dois itens, mas com o  que fiquei bastante feliz é que levei as analises que fiz e estão bastante melhores :) que as do ano passado, o &lt;strong&gt;colesterol&lt;/strong&gt; baixou bastante os &lt;strong&gt;trigliceridos&lt;/strong&gt; tambem, pode-se não ver na balança os resultados mas as analises deram uma boa noticia:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esta semana o peso voltou aos &lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;78,600kgs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; o mesmo peso que tinha antes de ir para Barcelona, &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;yupi&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;agora é voltar a normalidade e fazer pelo menos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br Uma xícara de café dá uma boa reanimada, mas não vale ficar dependente desse recurso e tomar baldes de expresso ao longo do dia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Exercícios indicados: atividades aeróbicas em grupo, como dança ou lutas marciais. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;TIPO H&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Principais sintomas: inchaço, ganho de peso e seios doloridos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt; Alimentos que devem ser evitados: sal e laticínios. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Alimentos que podem ajudar: frutas com bastante água, como melancia, melão e tangerina. Tomar água-de-coco também é ótimo. type='text'>Pão</title><content type='html'>Ontem comprei uma maquina de fazer pão, já andava a algum tempo a pensar em comprar até falei com a nutri em relação a isso, sim porque na minha dieta posso calorias diarias ( comecei o meu plano com 1600 calorias).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Em relação à gelatina a nutri disse para comer a da Condi( tem menos calorias que a da Royal não é o que diz no pacate mas ela disse que era a realidade, vamos lá saber.&lt;br /&gt;Claro que em relação ao plano tenho que escolher sempre as opções menos caloricas( as outras opções são para os dias de TPM :))&lt;br type='text'>Mais uma semana e continua o desafio</title><content type='html'>Na sexta feira fui à nutri o peso continua na mesma 81kg ( não vou desanimar) sei que continua na mesma só porque eu fiz algumas asneiras que não devia, levei na cabeça mas como já tinha escrito num post anterior é &lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;olhar em frente&lt;/span&gt;, sei que a minha perda não vai ser rapida bem pelo contrario vai ser bastante lenta até, mas devagarinho chego lá:).&lt;br /&gt;Gostei muito da consulta de sexta feira a nutri mudou o meu plano alimentar reduziu um pouquinho as calorias diarias...retirou algumas coisas e adicionou outras que eu pensava que não podia comer o &lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;saldo é bastante positivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O meu grande problema  e foi esse o facto da minha ida à nutri é que andava a comer coisas que pensava que me faziam bem e afinal estava a comer estava tão bom tempo que optei por ir andar( ao ar livre é sempre melhor):) a bem dita dieta não está a correr mal tem momentos, amanhã vou a nutricionista vamos ver se perdi alguma coisa e se vai
